Assistant Store Manager

Above Lifestyle is a premium service restaurant, lounge and club with locations in Lekki, Ikotun and Abuja. We are currently recruiting to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the store team in overseeing the store environment and ensuring that operations run smoothly and successfully. Your duties will include managing daily store operations, handling inventory, upholding company standards, and contributing to the achievement of the company's financial objectives.

Operational Management

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store environment remains clean and well organized.
• Track inventory levels, place supply orders, and receive both perishable and non-perishable items.

Inventory Control and Management

• Manage stock efficiently to prevent both overstocking and shortages.
• Oversee ordering and stocking processes so that high-demand items are always available while slower-moving items do not take up unnecessary space.
• Develop systems for monitoring inventory levels, helping the store maintain an appropriate balance of stock and consistently meet customer demand.
• Apply effective inventory practices to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

• Leadership, communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems, store management software and basic computer applications.
• Experience in restaurant or quick-service management.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Physical stamina to take part in store tasks and to stand for extended periods.
