Обязанности:
- Выстраивание долгосрочных партнерских отношений.
- Развитие продаж и прогнозирование спроса.
- Коммерческие переговоры.
- Управление ассортиментной матрицей.
- Планирование, согласование и проведение маркетинговых мероприятий.
- Контроль представленности ассортимента на полках.
- Управление дебиторской задолженностью сети.
- Контроль отгрузок, своевременный документооборот.
- Обеспечение эффективной кросс-функциональной коммуникации.
Требования:
- Высшее образование.
- Опыт работы от 2 лет на аналогичной позиции.
- Знание стандартов продаж и основ управления продажами.
- Финансовая грамотность: умение работать с рыночными показателями, рассчитывать рентабельность и окупаемость промо, обосновывать решения цифрами.
- Практическое понимание «полевой» работы и принципов продвижения товара в торговых точках.
- Навыки ведения переговоров для согласования интересов разных подразделений и защиты инициатив.
- Умение структурировать информацию и презентовать решения руководству и кросс-функциональной команде.
- Оформление в соответствии с ТК РФ.
- График работы: Пн-Пт с 09:00 до 18:00.
