Accountant / Secretary

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to prepare financial reports, record financial transactions, and maintain financial documents and records.
- Good communication, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle office correspondence, filing, documentation, and general secretarial duties.
- Proficiency in Peachtree Accounting Software is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily transaction entries.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with basic accounting activities.
- Manage invoices, receipts, payment records, and other financial documents.
- Handle office correspondence, document preparation, filing, and record keeping.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management.
- Organize office documents and ensure proper documentation and record management.
