Resident Engineer (RE)

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3– maximum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction supervision.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising high-rise building projects(at least G+10)
- Strong knowledge of structural works, construction methods, and quality control procedures.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site supervision and ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress, site activities, and contractor performance.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Review work progress and verify completed construction activities.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Review and certify contractor payment applications based on actual work completed.
- Identify site issues, coordinate with contractors, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
