  • Xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn dữ liệu và quy trình vận hành liên quan đến hệ thống dữ liệu.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận BI, Data Analyst, AI/Analytics và nghiệp vụ để đáp ứng nhu cầu khai thác dữ liệu.
  • Trình độ Đại học - Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên chuyên ngành CNTT, Khoa học dữ liệu, Khoa học máy tính hoặc các ngành có liên quan.
  • Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên về mảng Data Engineer, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính, chứng khoán, ngân hàng hoặc các hệ thống dữ liệu lớn.
  • Kiến thức tốt về lập trình, cấu trúc dữ liệu, thuật toán; tư duy xử lý dữ liệu quy mô lớn và phân tán.
  • Thành thạo SQL, có kinh nghiệm với Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL và lập trình Python hoặc Java.
  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng ETL/ELT pipeline, xử lý dữ liệu batch và streaming.
  • Hiểu mô hình dữ liệu (fact/dimension, star schema, SCD) và các hệ thống Data Warehouse/Data Lake.
  • Có kinh nghiệm với các công cụ như Airflow, dbt, NiFi hoặc tương đương.
  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với AWS hoặc GCP.
  • Hiểu về DataOps (Git, CI/CD, testing dữ liệu) và tối ưu hiệu năng hệ thống dữ liệu.
  • Có khả năng tích hợp dữ liệu qua API/nhiều nguồn dữ liệu.
  • Hiểu về bảo mật dữ liệu và quản trị dữ liệu là lợi thế.
  • Khả năng làm việc nhóm, phối hợp liên phòng ban
