Deine Aufgaben

  • Unsere Customer-Lifecycle-Management-(CLM)-Plattform weiterentwickeln - du baust skalierbare, performante Backend-Services und prägst die technische Roadmap strategisch mit, mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

  • Saubere, wartbare APIs und serverseitige Logik eigenständig konzipieren und implementieren - das Rückgrat unserer Webanwendungen

  • Komplexe Datenflüsse verantworten und die Kommunikation zwischen SQL- und NoSQL-Systemen schnell und zuverlässig halten

  • Den technischen Lifecycle vollständig verantworten - vom Code über Container-Umgebungen (Docker) bis zu CI/CD-Pipelines sorgst du für einen reibungslosen, sicheren Betrieb

  • Die technische Seite der Produktarbeit führen - gemeinsam mit unserem Produkt-Team übersetzt du Nutzeranforderungen in skalierbare technische Lösungen

  • Qualität hochhalten - du verantwortest Code-Reviews und optimierst Deployment-Prozesse in unserer Linux-basierten Infrastruktur

Das bringst du mit

  • 5+ Jahre professionelle Python-Entwicklung mit Fokus auf Webentwicklung mit Django, FastAPI oder Flask (mindestens eines davon)

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL- und NoSQL-Umgebungen (z. B. MongoDB)

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit End-to-End-CI/CD-Ökosystemen (z. B. Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus)

  • Professioneller Umgang mit Docker - Aufbau, Wartung und Optimierung von Images

  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Linux-Umgebungen

  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, dazu das Entwickler-Englisch, das du im Alltag brauchst - Doku lesen, Code und Kommentare schreiben, Arbeiten in einem internationalen Tech-Umfeld

  • Lust darauf, zwei Tage pro Woche mit dem Team im Büro in Mannheim zu sein - die anderen drei Tage gestaltest du von zu Hause

  • Frontend-Erfahrung (JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js) - wenn du möchtest, kannst du an modernen Web-Interfaces mitwirken und Daten und UI perfekt zusammenspielen lassen
