Overall Responsibilities

• Operating Systems (Desktop): Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Linux distributions, and macOS.
• Networking: Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Cloud & Administration: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based infrastructure management.
• Azure Active Directory & Microsoft Entra: Experience with user and group provisioning, role assignments, and access management. Knowledge of Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration, and identity protection.
• Cloud Storage & Security: Exposure to cloud storage platforms, backup solutions, and basic security configurations. Understanding of best practices for data protection and access control.

Skills and Tools

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, macOS environments.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN configuration, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure Cloud Services.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Provide technical support for Windows, Linux, and macOS desktop environments, including troubleshooting system issues.
• Monitor and maintain user accounts, groups, and access permissions in Microsoft Entra / Azure Active Directory.
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of network-related issues such as connectivity, DNS, VPN access, and IP configuration.
• Troubleshoot authentication and login issues related to identity and access management.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and infrastructure support.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Experience in handling operational IT environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Graduate / Engineering degree in IT or related field.
• MCSE or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work from the Pune office and flexible shifts.
