What you’ll own
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Test Engineer / QA Automation Lead with 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Java, and C#, with a proven track record of building scalable automation frameworks, driving quality initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions while ensuring high-quality software delivery across web-based applications and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Java and C#.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback during design discussions.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed defect reports.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage, execution efficiency, and release quality.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and processes.
What you'll bring
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright Automation Framework.
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Strong programming skills in C#/.NET.
- Experience with Test Frameworks such as:
- TestNG
- JUnit
- NUnit
- API testing experience using:
- Rest Assured
- Postman
- Swagger
- Experience with version control tools:

- Azure DevOps Repos

- Strong SQL and database testing knowledge.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Security and accessibility testing experience.
- Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber/SpecFlow.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software testing and automation experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in distributed and cross-functional teams.
