Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Software Test Analyst Senior - Automation Testing to join our ever evolving Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Design and develop automation frameworks from scratch using the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern and a data-driven testing approach.
Define test strategies, establish quality standards, and determine the overall testing approach.
Write and execute automated test scripts.
Write and execute manual functional test cases.
Report defects and traceability with tools like Jira/ Xray.
Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate testing progress, and give the demo.
Demonstrate leadership, proactively drive quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to continuous testing process enhancements.
What you’ll bring
6-8 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing
In-depth knowledge & experience of automation frameworks of UI (Selenium) and API (Soap UI, Postman, Rest Assured or Karate) using Core Java
Solid experience testing applications within AWS and microservices-based environments
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with QA and Development teams to automate test scenarios, with a strong focus on API testing
Expertise in Core Java (Java 8+), also very good hands-on knowledge on creating frameworks for UI and API
Good experience in BDD Agile methodology along with Cucumber based projects
Good testing framework knowledge like Junit, TestNG
End to end automation experience from Maven/Gradle, Git, Harness etc.
Good exposure to Agile based projects
Comfortable in designing and implementing automation test scripts based on the requirements
Knowledge of test management tools and systems - such as JIRA, xRay
Good knowledge of handling stakeholders or cross-functional testing teams
Ability to summarize / present technical information in a manner that others can understand
