AI Customer Experience Associate

Role Overview

The Tailor Bot Commander (TBC) Associate is responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated customer responses, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and quality before they are sent to customers. The role acts as a critical human-in-the-loop quality layer, helping customers obtain answers to questions about AI products and services while identifying potential sales opportunities for specialist teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to customer inquiries for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.

• Identify and correct potential AI hallucinations, inaccuracies, or policy concerns.

• Ensure customer communications meet quality, tone, and service standards.

• Categorize and route customer inquiries to the appropriate teams when specialist expertise is required.

• Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads for products such as APIs, Codex, and other AI solutions.

• Accurately document customer interactions and disposition outcomes.

• Meet established productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

• Provide feedback on recurring customer themes and AI response quality trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in customer support, sales support, lead qualification, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to review information critically and spot inconsistencies.

• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and technology.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems.

• Exposure to SaaS, cloud technologies, AI, or technology products.

• Understanding of lead generation or sales qualification processes.
