Summary:

As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the development process. You will engage in designing, building, and deploying applications that leverage AI principles throughout their lifecycle. Your work includes ensuring that these solutions meet quality standards and comply with relevant guidelines, while also seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software development and operations. Collaboration and innovation are key aspects of your daily routine as you contribute to advancing AI-driven software engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into software products.

- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.

- Assist junior team members in understanding AI-native development methodologies.

- Document technical processes and share knowledge to support team growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).

- Strong understanding of AI-native software development principles and practices.

- Experience with software lifecycle management including development, testing, and deployment.

- Ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions.

- Familiarity with data preprocessing and validation techniques to ensure solution quality.

- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize AI components within production environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).

- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
