Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified professionals to join our team as an Analytics Engineer Mid. As essential members of our data team, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into reliable analytical models and semantic layers that enable business intelligence, data science, and machine learning initiatives. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, ELT pipelines, data quality, and cloud analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in analytics, data engineering, or related data environments

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, partitioning, clustering, and large-scale data processing

• Strong experience with dimensional modeling, star schemas, medallion architecture, schema evolution, and semantic layer design

• Experience building and optimizingELT pipelines and analytical data models

• Hands-on experience withorchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks Workflows

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, or Spark SQL for advanced data transformations

• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices for data pipelines

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, ADLS, or Amazon Redshift

• Knowledge of data governance, cataloging, and lineage concepts

• Experience supporting BI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning teams

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory; this will be assessed throughout the process).

Responsibilities

• Model and transform data into consistent, scalable, and business-ready analytical structures

• Design, build, and optimize ELT pipelines, transformation workflows, and automated quality tests

• Develop dimensional models, semantic layers, and reusable datasets for reporting and advanced analytics

• Optimize data models and SQL workloads for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

• Document business rules, data lineage, transformation logic, dependencies, and technical decisions

• Monitor datasets, pipeline execution, data quality, service-level agreements, and platform performance

• Implement data validation rules and observability controls to identify issues proactively

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and scalable technical requirements

• Apply governance, cataloging, security, and lineage standards across analytical assets

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control processes, and automated deployment practices

• Investigate complex data issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions

• Maintain delivery quality while proactively communicating dependencies, risks, and technical constraints

• Support junior team members through technical guidance, functional reviews, and knowledge sharing
