Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications are tailored effectively, supporting operational efficiency and business goals. Throughout the day, the focus remains on creating reliable and scalable applications that integrate seamlessly within the existing technology environment, while continuously adapting to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development team to enhance productivity and quality.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with overall project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to optimize business processes.

- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with HANA database technologies.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of SAP ABAP programs.

- Experience in integrating SAP applications with other enterprise systems and technologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
