Application Support Engineer

Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong expertise in Pega Customer Service to support and maintain criticalenterpriseapplications.Inthisrole,youwilltroubleshootcomplexissues,ensuresystemstability,andcollaboratewithcross-functionalteamstodeliverhigh-qualitysupportservicesthatdrivebusinesscontinuityandoperationalexcellence.

Youwillplayakeyroleinidentifyingrootcauses,implementingsustainablesolutions,andcontributingtocontinuousimprovementinitiativesthatenhanceapplicationperformanceanduserexperience.

KeyResponsibilities

• Provideapplicationsupportforbusiness-criticalsystems,ensuringoptimalavailability,performance,andreliability.
• Diagnose,investigate,andresolvecomplexapplication,system,andintegrationissueswithindefinedservicelevels.
• Performrootcauseanalysisandimplementcorrectiveandpreventiveactionstominimizerecurringincidents.
• Collaboratewithdevelopment,infrastructure,andbusinessteamstotroubleshootandresolvetechnicalchallenges.
• Monitorapplicationhealth,analyzesystemperformancetrends,andproactivelyidentifypotentialrisksorissues.
• Supportapplicationremediationactivities,includingdefectfixes,enhancements,upgrades,andmaintenanceinitiatives.
• Contributetoincident,problem,andchangemanagementprocesseswhileensuringadherencetooperationalstandardsandbestpractices.
• Sharetechnicalknowledgeandprovideguidancetoteammemberstopromotecontinuouslearningandimprovesupporteffectiveness.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
• Provenexperienceinapplicationsupport,productionsupport,orasimilartechnicalsupportrole.
• StrongexpertiseinPegaCustomerService.
• Hands-onexperienceinapplicationtroubleshooting,issuediagnosis,androotcauseanalysis.
• Experiencesupportingenterprise-scaleapplicationsinafast-pacedenvironment.
• Strongunderstandingofincident,problem,andchangemanagementprocesses.
• Excellentanalytical,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
• Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinacollaborative,cross-functionalteamenvironment.
