- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to customer relationship management systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
