Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues effectively.
- Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to implement solutions and improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management frameworks.
