Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration, Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of virtualized infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving hardware, software, and network components within virtual environments.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions related to virtualized platforms.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting to streamline routine administrative tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Nutanix Administration.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
