Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem-solving efforts.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve performance and security.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience in backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Ability to monitor and manage database security and user access controls.
- Familiarity with database replication and high availability solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting database-related issues and providing effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
