The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while swiftly addressing any disruptions that may impact business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and landscape design related to SAP environments.
- Experience in managing system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within SAP systems and related infrastructure.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies in SAP landscapes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
