Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and support processes.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to application support.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
