Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous liaison between clients and the system or application. This role is dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and thoughtfully interprets them to design effective resolutions, drawing upon extensive knowledge of the product. The position requires attentiveness to client needs and proactive engagement to uphold system reliability and client satisfaction throughout daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless service delivery and integration.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor ongoing processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).

- Strong knowledge of service management frameworks and best practices related to integration and coordination of multiple service providers.

- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot issues effectively within integrated service environments.

- Experience in managing service delivery workflows and ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and clients.

- Capability to document and report on service performance metrics and incident resolutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).

- This position is based at our Chennai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
