Role Summary:

Join Accenture Operations as an Aftermarket Sales Consultant and play a key role in helping dealerships, independent repairers, and garage networks grow their business, improve performance, and embrace digital transformation across Romania.

Your Mission:

• Partner with dealerships across Romania to improve aftermarket parts sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct dealer assessments, identify business improvement opportunities, and implement action plans with measurable results.

• Coach and develop dealer teams on sales processes, aftermarket best practices, pricing strategies, and digital ordering solutions.

• Build and strengthen relationships with independent repairers and garage chains to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

• Analyze business performance, monitor KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations that support sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications:

• English - B2 level.

• Romanian - Fluent.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales, field sales, network development, dealership operations, or workshop consulting.

• Knowledge of dealer operations, workshop processes, and B2B automotive parts distribution.

• Experience conducting dealer performance reviews, audits, assessments, and improvement initiatives.

• Ability to analyze KPIs, market trends, and customer performance data to identify growth opportunities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with independent repairer networks and garage chains.

• Knowledge of digital ordering platforms, workshop management systems, or automotive retail technology solutions.

• Experience delivering coaching, training, or business development programs.

• Additional European language skills.
