Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest.

How you'll make an impact:

• Managing and resolving employee queries in line with HR policies and procedures;

• Offering support on compensation, benefits, leave, and other HR-related topics;

• Processing HR transactions and maintaining accurate employee data in internal systems;

• Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance for all processed documents;

• Prioritizing tasks and delivering a high level of service within agreed timelines;

• Building strong client relationships and escalating risks when needed.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2-C1);

• Strong customer orientation and client handling skills;

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion;

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Experience with HR systems (SAP, Workday) and/or previous experience in a similar support role is a plus;

• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities;

• Bachelor’s degree needed, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
