- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in documenting detailed business process workflows and functional requirements.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to capture comprehensive business needs.
