Successful transformation requires not only new processes and technologies, but also effective engagement, adoption, and sustained change across the organization.

At Accenture, we help clients manage the people side of transformation and turn strategic initiatives into lasting business outcomes. We support organizations in preparing their workforce, engaging stakeholders, building new capabilities, and driving adoption across complex business and technology transformations.

We are looking for professionals who combine Change Management expertise with knowledge of Chemicals and Natural Resources industries and can help clients successfully navigate complex transformation programs.

THE WORK:

No two days at Accenture are alike, but your typical day may include:

  • Deliver Change Management activities across large-scale business, digital, technology, and organizational transformation programs for Chemicals and Natural Resources clients.

  • Assess the impact of transformation initiatives on organizations, processes, roles, and ways of working.

  • Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, training approaches, and adoption initiatives.

  • Work with business leaders, functional teams, and project stakeholders to build alignment, readiness, and commitment to change.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.

  • Support the design and delivery of communication, learning, and capability-building activities tailored to different stakeholder groups.

  • Help clients embed new processes, technologies, operating models, and ways of working into their organizations.

  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams, combining industry, functional, technology, and Change Management expertise.

  • Work flexibly in a hybrid and remote environment, collaborating with international teams and clients across Europe and beyond, with occasional onsite work depending on project needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Experience working on Change Management, transformation, organizational change, or business adoption initiatives.

  • Experience in one or more areas such as stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, organizational readiness, or adoption.

  • Background and/or experience in Chemicals, Mining, Metals, Forest Products, Building Materials, or other related asset-intensive industries.

  • Ability to understand complex business transformations and translate them into practical Change Management actions.

  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multinational and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience delivering Change Management within large-scale ERP, SAP S/4HANA, digital, data, AI, operating model, or business transformation programs.

  • Experience supporting organizational redesign, workforce transformation, capability building, or new ways of working.

  • Knowledge of structured Change Management methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent approaches.

  • Experience designing and delivering change communications, training programs, leadership engagement, or change networks.

  • Experience measuring adoption, change readiness, and business outcomes.

  • Experience with agile or hybrid transformation delivery environments.

  • Advanced or fluent proficiency in German, French, Spanish.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

A professional with strong Change Management and transformation experience, combined with an understanding of Chemicals or Natural Resources industries. The ideal candidate can work effectively with senior stakeholders and delivery teams, translate complex transformation initiatives into practical people and adoption actions, and help clients embed lasting changes across their organizations.
