Change Transformation - Senior Manager

The Work

As a Change Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead strategic change and workforce transformation programs across operating model, technology and AI-enabled transformation.

Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will shape change strategies, lead multidisciplinary teams and help organisations prepare their people and workforces for new ways of working.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end change management across large-scale, complex transformation programs.
• Develop change strategies supporting operating model, technology and AI transformation.
• Advise senior leaders on organisational impacts, adoption risks and workforce implications.
• Lead workforce transition activities, including talent mapping, workforce planning and transition strategies.
• Design workforce transformation approaches focused on future skills, roles and organisational capabilities.
• Develop capability and competency frameworks aligned with future workforce requirements.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and change adoption initiatives.
• Shape client solutions and contribute to proposals, business development and commercial opportunities.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams while supporting the development of junior practitioners.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.

Here’s What You Will Need

• Extensive experience leading complex change transformation programs within management consulting, professional services or a large enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering change across operating model, technology or AI-enabled transformation.
• Strong workforce transition experience, including talent mapping, workforce planning and employee transition.
• Workforce transformation experience across future skills, roles, capability development and competency mapping.
• Proven ability to engage, advise and influence senior executive stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience shaping solutions, proposals or new client opportunities.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple workstreams within complex environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience within government and public services, financial services, aviation, retail or consumer products.
• Experience supporting major enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Knowledge of workforce analytics, skills-based organisation models or AI-driven workforce transformation.
• Relevant change management, human resources or project management qualifications.
