The Practice - A Brief Sketch

The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice works with clients across marketing, sales, and service. Assigned to JAPAC, you will support enterprise webinar programs from intake and scheduling through live delivery, post-event production, reporting, and closeout. You will partner with clients, presenters, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to create consistent, reliable, and engaging webinar experiences for regional audiences.

Your Role

As a Marketing Transformation Consultant - Webinar Producer, you will manage the operational and technical delivery of webinars across the full event lifecycle. You will coordinate workflows, prepare speakers and assets, configure webinar and streaming platforms, operate live broadcasts, produce on-demand recordings, and maintain program documentation and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage webinar intake, scheduling, workflow coordination, and task tracking using Workfront or similar platforms.
• Coordinate with clients, webinar presenters, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partner teams to confirm requirements, timelines, roles, and deliverables.
• Configure webinar and streaming platforms, validate assets, and complete end-to-end production readiness checks before each event.
• Lead dry runs and speaker technical checks, including audio, presentation handoffs, connectivity, and event flow.
• Operate live broadcasts using Restream and/or StreamYard, including audio, slides, simulcast delivery to LinkedIn and web properties, and real-time production support.
• Support interactive webinar formats and provide real-time technical production support for JAPAC events.
• Edit webinar recordings in Adobe Premiere Pro, including top-and-tail edits, removal of dead air, audio cleanup, clip splicing, assembly, and export to required specifications.
• Publish and manage final on-demand video assets for reuse across web properties and supporting channels.
• Maintain program documentation, status updates, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment across the webinar lifecycle.
• Complete post-event activities, including lead tracking, engagement reporting, campaign updates, and program closeout using relevant CRM and marketing operations tools.

Bring Your Best Skills Forward

• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills, with experience coordinating presenters, subject matter experts, and partner teams.
• Hands-on project and workflow management experience, including intake, scheduling, dependencies, and task coordination.
• Practical live broadcast production experience using streaming or webinar platforms, including dry runs, technical checks, audio management, slide handoffs, and simulcasting.
• Hands-on video editing experience covering top-and-tail editing, clip splicing, audio cleanup, assembly, and final asset export.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing operations workflows for campaign setup, lead tracking, validation, and post-event reporting.
• Proficiency with collaboration and content management tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders.
• Availability to support live events across JAPAC, including occasional early or late broadcast windows based on event schedules

Good to Have

• Experience supporting webinar programs at scale in a B2B or enterprise marketing environment.
• Familiarity with interactive webinar and event-delivery platforms.
• Working knowledge of subtitling recorded video assets for JAPAC audiences.
• Basic motion graphics and brand-template production in video-editing software.
• Understanding of demand generation workflows, including registration setup, CRM campaign management, and lead-flow validation.
• Experience publishing on-demand video to web properties.

Role Summary

This role combines consulting-oriented webinar program management with hands-on technical production. The successful candidate will own the JAPAC webinar lifecycle from intake to post-event reporting, operate live events across regional time zones, produce polished on-demand recordings, and maintain strong alignment among clients, speakers, and delivery partners.
