Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Operations & Support

• Support and enhance AWS cloud platform operations.
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvement
• Ensure platform reliability, availability, and compliance.

Infrastructure Automation

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build automation solutions and operational tooling.
• Improve provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance capabilities through automation.
• Integrate cloud environment with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with client infrastructure, application and security teams.
• Participate in technical design workshops and architecture reviews.
• Support the creation of operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on AWS cloud experience
• Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform operations experience
• Proven experience supporting enterprise scale cloud environments
• Experience working in pharmaceutical or regulated industries
• Experience handling customer facing technical discussions and solution delivery
