As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You work closely with evolving frameworks and follow agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to new technologies and collaboration with different teams to align software capabilities with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software performance and maintainability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles within the .NET ecosystem.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and integration techniques to support distributed applications.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
