The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net technologies.

- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.

- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in customizing packaged software.

- Understanding of software release management and version control processes.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud or on-premise environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
