Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. The role includes actively participating in the design phase to create tailored applications that align with organizational processes. Throughout the day, the engineer engages in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions developed effectively support the intended workflows. This position requires continuous communication and coordination with team members to refine application features and deliver high-quality software that meets evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

- Assist in the documentation and validation of business processes to ensure alignment with software design.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.

- Experience with application lifecycle management and software development best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Familiarity with software design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault.

- This position is based at our Mumbai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
