Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to project requirements. You serve as the main liaison for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the software lifecycle. Your role involves overseeing technical aspects, troubleshooting challenges, and guiding the team to deliver robust solutions that meet business objectives. This position demands a proactive approach to managing project tasks and fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.

- Must to have techno-functional experience in Pharmacovigilance, specializing in LSMV Safety, Database implementation, configuration, and production support using Java, SQL, SpringBoot, and REST APIs.

- Hands-on in end-to-end LSMV deployment lifecycle - from gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions to release management, Hypercare support, and production issue debugging.

- Strong SQL and Oracle expertise used for data validation, query analysis, and troubleshooting safety database workflows in regulated life sciences environments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

- Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business processes.

- Familiarity with data management principles and ensuring data quality and integrity.

- Ability to work with various data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application functionality.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
