As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies. Your work focuses on delivering scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements, ensuring that solutions are both robust and adaptable to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- Experience in developing and optimizing code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments.

- Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with complex data models.

- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining code quality.

- Experience in integrating custom solutions with existing enterprise systems to meet business objectives.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- This position is based at our Pune office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
