- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of application virtualization and remote desktop services.
- Ability to configure and optimize Citrix environments for performance and security.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and diagnostic tools related to virtual applications and desktops.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks within Citrix platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
