Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow modules to support business processes.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow platform performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment to optimize operations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
