What would you do?
- You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data or reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
- Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data.
- This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, & preparing financial statements. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards & support informed decision-making.
- Involves balancing all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger based source data to verify whether the balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger
- Differences which arise are addressed as reconciling items.
- You will support Japanese-speaking stakeholders, reviewing source documents and communicating on accounting matters in Japanese and English.
What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - Customer Service - P1
- Secondary skill - Account Reconciliations - P1
- Foreign Language-Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred) or equivalent NAT certification
- Good oral and written English and Japanese skills
- Hands-on experience in month-end close, journal entries, intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
- SAP experience; proficient in MS Excel
- Clear communicator, calm under pressure and detail focused
- Flexible to work in the time zone of the supported country

- In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
- • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
- • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach

- • The person manages large to medium sized teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
