THE WORK

In this role, you will join a project focused on designing and implementing data engineering solutions in Palantir Foundry. You will work across the entire lifecycle - from connecting data sources, building data pipelines, and modeling semantic layers, to developing applications within Foundry that support real-world operational and analytical needs.

You do not need previous experience with Palantir - we will train you.

You will receive full onboarding, including Foundry Aware certification and a two-week onsite Palantir training in Europe. After the training, the work is performed on-site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing end-to-end solutions that translate client requirements into scalable Foundry-based workflows.

• Building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes powering decision-making models.

• Developing operational workflows and decision-support tools that improve enterprise operations.

• Collaborating with teams to apply AI and machine-learning models to client challenges.

• Partnering with clients to get, understood requirements and based on them deliver sustainable transformation and trusted long-term solutions.

• Creating and maintaining Ontology components (objects, properties, links, actions).

• Build user-facing applications and dashboards using Foundry tools (Workshop, Slate, Quiver, Vertex), optimizing for user experience, maintainability, and operational impact.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working onsite at a client or in an Accenture office in Warsaw - depending on specific project circumstances. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Qualifications

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark.

• Experience with building data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.

• Motivation to learn new technologies, including Palantir Foundry.

• Ability to work onsite in Warsaw following the training phase.

• Fluent Polish

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham) or similar technologies.

• Understanding of AI/ML workflows or operational workflow design.
