POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Associate

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs), productivity, and quality targets.
• Follow established processes, scripts, and customer service guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors or support teams for complex concerns.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and security requirements

Project Rest Day: Weekends off

Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 6 months of work experience
