POSITION TITLE: Customer Service New Associate

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:

LPG Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound customer interactions related to LPG cylinder services and conduct Outbound if need be. This role ensures timely processing of orders, accurate account updates, and effective resolution of delivery concerns while providing excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound calls related to LPG cylinder orders, delivery inquiries, and service requests. Outbound call if need be.
• Process new LPG cylinder orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
• Assist customers with delivery rescheduling requests and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve delivery disputes, including missed deliveries, incorrect orders, or delivery delays.
• Perform account updates, including customer information, contact details, and service preferences.
• Process upfront payment arrangements and guide customers through payment procedures.
• Identify opportunities for sales referrals and endorse potential leads to the appropriate sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
