POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Associate

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Our Service team are the first point of contact for existing residential customer enquiries, taking the calls from the IVR or transferred from other departments. They ask effective questions in order to understand the call and determine who should handle it.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify business development opportunities and process plan renewals, recommend product changes, upsell additional products and services, acquire new customers and cater to customers moving in and out of homes, Broadband Sales, Solar opportunities, etc..
• Work with sales teams to create and manage a list of opportunities
• Conduct research to gather prospect company information and create new leads, discovering and qualifying new leads
• Ask questions to prospects to identify key business issues/needs, positive business outcomes, minimum required capabilities, metrics and to understand each prospect’s buying process.
• Effectively articulate the value of the products' unique differentiators.
• Learn and maintain basic knowledge of products and services, the industry and industry trends, and our competition
• Develop and execute inside sales strategy
• Partner with the different Business units, and Strategic Partners to identify sales strategy for opportunities.
• Follow consultative selling approach to link a prospect's needs with the proper solutions.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience
