POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Associate

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Talent Acquisition Admin Associate will be responsible for the hiring process by producing offer letters, conducting reference checks, scheduling phone screens, scheduling interviews, as well as initiating and tracking background checks and any hiring assessments.
• Provide general support to recruiters using appropriate means of communication and prioritizing requests to meet service level. Ensure candidate communication and follow up, prepare candidates for interview, schedule and coordinate all travel. Good communication skills and High sense of urgency required.

Project Rest Day: Weekends Off

Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
