DVS CTO (Product & Platform Engineering)

Job Description Overview

We are seeking a DVS CTO to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and execution of our Digital Video Services (DVS) portfolio, including Accenture Video Solution (AVS) and Accenture Multimedia Advertising Platform (AMAP). The role will drive product innovation, scalability, and alignment with client and market needs across telco, media, broadcasting, and streaming clients.

You Are:

You will join Accenture’s Digital Video Services team, focused on building and scaling product platforms for video, advertising, and data monetization across communications, media, and streaming clients. The team works at the intersection of strategy, product, engineering, and client delivery to create market-relevant, cloud-native, and AI-enabled platforms.

The Work:

• Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for DVS platforms (AVS, AMAP)
• Lead architecture and engineering across cloud-native, data, and AI-driven solutions
• Partner with sales and product teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security at scale
• Drive innovation in video, advertising, and data monetization ecosystems
• Lead and mentor global engineering teams

Travel may be required for this role based on business needs, client engagement requirements, and leadership responsibilities across distributed teams.

Here’s What You Need:

• Strong experience in product and platform engineering leadership, ideally in media, telco, broadcasting, or streaming environments
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, data platforms, and AI/ML-enabled solutions
• Proven track record in scaling complex platforms and leading distributed global engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities, with the ability to translate market and client needs into scalable technology roadmaps
• Experience with video platforms, broadcast workflows, content delivery, or advertising technology ecosystems
• Understanding of broadcasting needs such as reliability, latency, quality of service, and large-scale content operations is a strong advantage

Bonus Points If:

• Experience with OTT, video delivery, or ad monetization platforms
• Knowledge of ecosystem partners and emerging technologies in media tech
• Ability to operate across strategy, architecture, and delivery
