You Are:

The mission of the Ecosystem Resale Enablement function is to enable and drive resale activities by creating intimacy with clients, partners and internal stakeholders. In doing so, Ecosystem Resale Enablement also functions as an advocate and educator for resale.

The Ecosystem Resale Enablement Specialist specializes in the resale cases that standard rules do not resolve, making the commercial call on non-routine deals. The job analyses partner quotes, margin and policy fit and adjusts the commercial read where the usual checks fall short. The job also progresses client and partner resale contracts, defining the commercial and business terms carried into standard agreements. In addition, the job resolves borderline classification cases and develops the supporting analysis behind the recommended deal shape.

The Work:

• Manages non-routine deal initiation, qualification and requirements issues, making the call on cases that fall outside standard rules.
• Analyzes partner quotes, resale margin and policy fit, adjusting the commercial read where the standard checks do not resolve the case.
• Examines the borderline deal-classification and develops the scenario read behind the recommended deal shape.
• Prepares and progresses client and partner resale contracts, defining the commercial and business terms carried into the agreements on standard deals.
• Coordinates the deal operating model, onboarding and readiness across stakeholders, confirming resale, NDA and policy adherence before progression.
• Completes deal closure and executed-contract records, reconciling delivery and payment and resolving discrepancies against financial records.
• Monitors the renewal pipeline and cross-functional handoffs, anticipating at-risk renewals and escalations that could stall the deal.
• Maintains resale activity and stakeholder relationships across large clients, serving as the team's point of contact on assigned accounts.
• Counsels junior analysts on resale quote assessment, deal-classification checks and margin calibration

Here’s What You Need:

• Recommended Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Recommended Minimum Required Experience: 2-8 years of experience in ecosystem resale and channel management or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluent English proficiency
• Strong team player with a high level of dedication and a proven ability to deliver results under pressure
• Ability to work effectively within large, complex environments involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
