Are you an experienced Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager, ready to lead on navigating complex business challenges at the intersection of technology and business? Accenture, a global leader in professional services, invites you to be a part of high-performance teams and define strategies addressing priority C-suite issues with precision and speed.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture strategy on major client programmes, from opportunity assessment through to target state and transition roadmap.
- Lead teams of architects and consultants, setting the technical direction and holding quality across the work.
- Work directly with CIOs, CTOs and their leadership teams to turn technical complexity into decisions they can commit to.
- Develop the business cases and investment narratives that unlock funding for multi-year transformation.
- Grow Accenture's architecture capability through client relationships, proposals, and coaching the people around you.
- Drive the development of thought leadership around architecture at the intersection of business and technology.
Job Qualifications
Experience We're Looking For:
- Tier 1 Consulting Experience: Demonstrated deep experience in a tier 1 consulting firm, leading on architecture advice and solutions to top-tier clients.
- Enterprise Architecture: Experience in leading engagements with clients to establish a vision, roadmap, and governance, with extensive experience and familiarity with frameworks (e.g. TOGAF).
- Technology Strategy Breadth: Experience across application portfolio strategy, data architecture and advanced analytics, and identifying new value streams enabled by emerging technology.
- Executive presentations: Preparing clear executive-level materials, recommendations and business cases for senior client stakeholders
- Management and coaching: Coaching junior team members, review deliverables, and contribute to a high-performing project team.
- Sales and business development: Drive business development, sales opportunities, practice capability building and thought leadership.
Set Yourself Apart: Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep experience in digital enterprise architecture
- Experienced people leader within multi-layered consulting teams.
- Expert knowledge of trends and technology concepts with deep interest in the latest innovation (e.g. Digital Customer, Connected Platform, Digital Enterprise, Data-driven business models).
- Expert understanding of industry operations, dynamics, and trends through experience in one or more industries (preferably Financial Services and Products).
- Exceptional problem-solving ability, leadership attributes, and a history of successful client delivery.
- C-suite presence, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in building and maintaining a strong industry network.
