Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You are responsible for providing administrative support to the Housekeeping Department, handling various clerical tasks, maintaining records, and assisting in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you’re not just supporting efficient housekeeping operations - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Coordinate housekeeping operations: Support daily room allocations, team communication, and departmental administration.
- Manage room status and reporting: Maintain accurate records, room reports, and housekeeping documentation.
- Control keys and inventory: Administer key procedures, uniforms, and housekeeping supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance and lost property: Follow up on repair requests and manage lost property processes.
- Support team scheduling: Assist with rosters, workforce planning, and operational enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional guest service: Respond promptly to guest and team member requests while maintaining Hilton standards.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in a housekeeping role within a hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent customer service.
- Effective verbal and written communication; able to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Works well with other departments and staff members.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Available to work varied shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
