Job Description:

Join a highly skilled, multi-discipline software development team to provide expert technical leadership on multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities: Focuses on the API layer, responsible for building, testing, and deploying secure and performant APIs for the data products. Utilizes the Omni Federal ACDC toolkit to develop, catalog, and manage the lifecycle of all APIs, making data consumable for API users. Works with the Data Platform Engineer to understand the structure of data products and design appropriate API contracts (e.g., RESTful, GraphQL). Ensures all APIs are properly documented, secured, and discoverable within the ACDC federated catalog. Maintains and monitors the health and usage of published APIs. Required Skills & Technology Focus: Technologies: Strong proficiency with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, and other serverless technologies. Hands-on experience with the Omni Federal ACDC platform is highly desired. API Development: Expertise in REST API design, development, and security standards (e.g., OAuth, OIDC). Programming: Proficient in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.

Must have:

• 3+ years experience in any of the following areas:
  • Strong proficiency with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, and other serverless technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with the Omni Federal ACDC platform 
  • API Development: Expertise in REST API design, development, and security standards (e.g., OAuth, OIDC).
  • Programming: Proficient in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.

• Active Secret clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
