We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Finance Business Partner to provide senior commercial finance leadership across a complex, fast-paced business environment.

In this role, you will partner with executive and senior commercial stakeholders to drive financial performance, lead forecasting and planning cycles, deliver commercial insights, and influence strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in translating financial data into clear business recommendations, identifying risks and opportunities, challenging assumptions, and supporting investment and commercial decisions.

You will also provide leadership across the Finance Business Partnering team, coaching team members, improving reporting quality, and driving process and systems improvement across planning, reporting, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance experience, ideally within FMCG, CPG, product-led, or complex commercial environments. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, executive-level communication capability, advanced financial modelling experience, and the confidence to challenge senior business leaders constructively.

Key experience required:

  • Senior Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance experience

  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and P&L management capability

  • Experience partnering with senior commercial, category, operations, or executive stakeholders

  • Advanced financial analysis, modelling, and scenario planning skills

  • Strong systems capability across Excel, ERP, planning, and reporting tools

  • Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder influencing skills
