Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the engineer adapts to evolving project requirements and contributes to creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications that address complex business challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align technical objectives with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.

- Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
