As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend systems. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools relevant to full stack engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and agile development practices.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information:
