This role starts on the frontend and grows into fullstack. You'll come in strong on Next.js and React and take on more backend work as you go with a clear path and the support to get there.

THE WORK:
- Design and build applications in Next.js, TypeScript and React.
- Integrate REST APIs and take on more Node.js backend work as you grow into a fullstack role.
- Keep code quality high with unit tests and SonarQube.
- Work in an international Agile team alongside designers, QA, and backend engineers.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 2+ years building applications with Next.js.
- Strong TypeScript, React, Next.js and Node.js - able to design scalable applications using established patterns.
- Modern styling: CSS Modules, Tailwind or MUI.
- State management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand or similar.
- Writing and automating unit tests.
- REST API integration.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools across the development lifecycle.
- Ability to build and configure AI agents and workflows that support the full development lifecycle, not only code generation.
- Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Polish and English at B2 min. - you'll work in international teams.
- Hybrid work from our Warsaw office, 2-3 days per week.
